TYOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These general conditions of sale govern the terms and conditions of sale of products marketed by GARDEHOME SRL. All contracts for the sale of products by Gardenhome Srl to third parties are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of every offer, order, and purchase order confirmation for the products. The Conditions of Sale applicable to the order are those in effect on the date of the order.
CONCLUSION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Gardenhome Srl's receipt of the order confirmation transmitted electronically by the customer constitutes the conclusion of the contract. By sending the Order Confirmation, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of these Conditions of Sale in their dealings with Gardenhome Srl. Sending the Order Confirmation therefore presupposes the customer's knowledge and acceptance of these Conditions of Sale, as well as any other information contained on the website pages. Upon conclusion of the contract, Gardenhome srl undertakes to supply the customer with the products, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Sale. Once the contract is concluded, upon receipt of the order confirmation from Gardenhome srl, the customer will receive an email containing the order details (product name, product code, size, quantity, price, shipping costs, if applicable, and payment method).

DELIVERY METHODS

Gardenhome srl delivers the goods. To ensure timely and safe delivery of your purchases, we have chosen to use the most reliable couriers operating in Italy. The purchased goods will be packaged with the utmost care directly at our store.

If no one is at the recipient's address on the first delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice indicating the day and time of delivery, and informing the customer that the delivery will be made the following day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a paper notice identical to the previous one will be left with the recipient. After the second delivery, the package is placed on hold. The courier will also leave a telephone number for the recipient's local branch so delivery can be arranged. However, the notice of undelivered goods does NOT authorize the recipient to visit the local warehouse and collect the goods without the consent of Gardenhome srl.

PRICES

Item prices are expressed in euros, include VAT (value added tax), and are valid in all countries. Orders are accompanied by an invoice or delivery note.

SHIPPING COSTS

Payment for the product price and shipping costs must be made by the customer using one of the methods available on the website.
INVOICING

To issue an invoice, it is essential to provide the VAT number if you are a VAT payer. In other cases, please provide your tax code. In any case, please treat the address information as your tax domicile.

ORDERING METHODS

Next to each product available for purchase on the Gardenhome srl website, there is an "Add to Cart" button that allows you to add the selected item to your cart. Within your cart, customers will find all the products they have selected and intend to purchase in a single transaction. The shopping list displays the selected product, its description, the quantity requested, and its price. Before confirming your order, you can always remove a previously selected product from the shopping list or change the quantity requested. The total amount will then be recalculated based on the new list composition and value, and you can also change your chosen payment method. The shipping information section requests the information needed to complete the shipment and issue the relevant tax documents.
WARRANTIES

The products are depicted and displayed on the website accurately and reflect their actual characteristics. However, Gardenhome srl cannot guarantee that the images and colors displayed on the customer's monitor will accurately reflect reality. Imperceptible color variations may also occur between different production batches.
PAYMENT
